STATIONS
Connolly In
July, the Evening Herald reported that
IÉ/CIÉ were looking at developing the 'air rights' over Connolly Station car
park and other areas. These give the owner/renter the right to use and develop
the empty space above the property.
It
reported that tenders would be sought for a five-year ‘framework agreement’
with teams offering the entire range of architectural, engineering, urban
planning, and environment-related services. There would be a mix of apartments
and commercial buildings on site together with transport interchange facilities.
